About Me
- Terri
- I've been retired since November, 2008. I've been spending lots of time taking photos, singing, and writing. Currently working on a historical fiction novel.. I highly recommend retirement!

This is a telling photo. I love the row of empty booths. I remember having to queue for a chance to use a public telephone - back in the old days ;)
Yes, I remembar making calls from a central, in a tiny room, I just liftetd the microphone and got the operator on my ear. Then she put me over to who ever. Afterwards I had to pay through a hatch in the wall, that was in the waiting - room where others stood (or sat) in line for their turn.
It is easier, tecnically, to speak other people nowdays, but somehow it seems as we have less to say ...
Well captured, this picture! Regards.
A great B&W post! Have a nice evening!
