Great photo & so well presented. (Could be wild garlic, did it smell!?!)
Could also be a Grevillea although it is difficult to identify without seeing the whole plant.
It is some member of the onion family, maybe a kind of garlic. Crush one of the flowers in your fingers and see what it smells like.
