Weekend Reflections 10-16-09

New meme! Weekend Reflections hosted by James. I love catching reflections in windows, mirrors, water, raindrops, so this meme called to me. Thanks to Carolyn for pointing me there.

I strolled around Laurelhurst Park, one of our neighborhood parks, and found the usual assortment of ducks, geese and seagulls in the pond. And some nice reflections.

Here comes a drake to see if I have any goodies.

See his iridescent green head reflected in the water?

That looks like a wonderful place for a stroll. The pictures that you took are really nice.

I'm pretty sure that it was a marble headstone.

Have a great weekend Terri.

Nice! I really like the iridescence of the drake's head, I would not have noticed it without your remark.

The photo of the duck is wonderful. The movement of the water makes the perfect canvas.
