Love these old phones but maddening to recall how long it took to accomplish the dialing. How spoiled by speed and ease of use we have become. Nevertheless, this is such a great look.
I like these old phones. They were built in an era when things were built to last. These days, the cordless phones we buy feel cheap and of low quality. These old rotary phones felt substantial when you picked up the receiver and when the number you dialed didn't give you an electronic sound. AT&T phones from decades ago, I miss...
I've been retired since November, 2008. I've been spending lots of time taking photos, singing, and writing. Currently working on a historical fiction novel.. I highly recommend retirement!

Methinks you have the perfect business for this meme. You're into collectibles and antiques aren't you?

These old phones are perfect for us with cameras in our hands! This is a great sepia!
What planet did that land from? :D
You have a perfect barometer for sepia shots.
Ok now that's awesome - You picked a really cool photo for sepia

I always dialed with a pencil
love the bit of an old ad in the corner
great composition
Nice photo. The sepia tone adds to the effect that this phone is old. Great blog. This is my first time visiting.
