Alphabet Finds: M and N

Ever on the lookout for new and different challenges, I've taken on Melli's alphabet challenge. The idea is to find each letter of the alphabet in a naturally occurring state. In other words (or in other letters), no fair using the 'S' in a stop sign; rather you need to find something that is shaped like an 'S'.

This week: M and N. I was determined to find these in more natural settings. M was successful; N moderately so; I added an extra N in case the sky one didn't pass muster.

Here's a whole string of Ms. MMMMM.

Do you see the N? It's sort of diagonal and skinny.

And a small n just 'n case. Lower case, that is. There are several letters there: F (cropped a bit), i, n. Not sure why this fencing was assembled this way. Curious.

I see your N in the sky and I think it was brilliant of you to spot it! I also see the N in the fence and I agree, it's odd.

Fabulous!!!! Those "M's" would work if you flipped the photo for "W" too.

Love the sky shot.

Mine are posted. Just scroll down to the last of my Wednesday post.

I LOVE YOUR "N" -- I have a different letter that I found in the sky! Darn YOU for using one first! LOL! And I love all your Ms too -- could be Ws as well!

I love the M in the reflection and the N in the sky! That is an unusual fence design! Good work!

I love these letter entries! I'm thinking I need to do a series soon. Seems like such a challenge to find each letter. :)

They're not all challenging Lisa, but some sure are. I doubt I'll have trouble finding an O - just want to make it interesting.
