PhotoHunt - Yellow

This week's PhotoHunt assignment: YELLOW. This one isn't too challenging around here in March.

Ms. P discovers daffodils.

Paperwhites - not as showy yellow as daffs.

These are great shots. My personal fave is the last one: I guess I prefer the more subtle yellow of the paperwhites :)

Here's mine: my first participation in Photo Hunt!!

cheers,

Yes, the ubiquitous and lovely Daff.

Apparently the Yellowhammer is the commonest bunting - but not in my vicinity. My son saw one when we were living on Inishfree - about ten years ago.

Maybe not as showy, but more elegant in my opinion.

Unless I'm gravely mistaken the Lookout Express is a diesel powered machine. The masts and rigging are most likely boats moored behind it. Beaufort is home to a lot of boats. Really, really, obnoxiously expensive boats.

Lovely photo ... she's adorable! My daffodils are just sprouts at this moment. I played at Sacred Ruminations.
Hugs and blessings,
