That is such a cool shot. Are they hanging on a power line? Or are they a part of the power line? I'm just trying to figure it out.

Hi kden and Tisha -- yes, they're hanging from a powerline across a residential street. Just decorations. There are other things hung there at different times of the year. No idea how they get them up there!
