For me, that is the best use for the artichoke - a B&W subject.

Beautiful B&W rendering, so apt for a soon to wilt artichoke.
This is quite so here. I luv artichokes. A couple weeks ago I was placing a large bottle in the fridge when it slipped out of my hands. Needless to say it was a BIG fat mess! I knew it would happen cause the jars so slippery! Anyway..great shot, have a great day-

Fabulous photo! I never seen an artichoke demise any other way than on my plate. Nature does it in a much prettier way.
