I couldn't decide between the b&w or the color version of this. What do you think? Click photos to enlarge appreciation.
Paperwhites bloom indoors in December.
Edit: At the suggestion of some of my wonderful visitors, I gave sepia a chance. I like this! It takes the harshness out of the B/W and tones down the offish colors.
I love b&w photos and both of these are great, but I think I'm leaning more towards the colour one as my fave. I adore the subtle pink & green colour combo. Very lovely shot/s :D
I agree with Tracey on both points of loving B&W photos and favoring the second photo. I like that it has an antique quality to it. Great idea to show your shadow shot in both b&w and in color. I'll have to remember that.
Thank you all for your feedback. I had to manipulate the color quite a bit - still learning to take low light photos. I still can't decide which I like better!
I've been retired since November, 2008. I've been spending lots of time taking photos, singing, and writing. Currently working on a historical fiction novel.. I highly recommend retirement!

And what a wonderful scent must be lingering in your home this holiday season...Happy New Year!
I love both but agree with the above, it looks great it color. Bet it would good in sepia also
Am I the only one who prefers the b&w? So be it!
Both shots are gorgeous!
So clean & serene. Job well done!
Cheers...
I agree with the others - both are beautiful but in this case the colors are so soft that I think I like it just a smidge more

I can't choose. There are things I like about both. I wonder if sepia wouldn't give you the best of both.
Hmm, I tried sepia and wasn't crazy about it -maybe I'll give it another try from the original.
I can see why you couldn't decide. I like both of them too. Hope you have a Happy New Year!
HAPPY NEW YEAR...
GOD BLESS
