Window Views - 06-03-09

Mary T is keeping us busy with photo memes. Here's a new one called Window Views.

Neighborhood church.

Window detail. I think the pigeon is striving for the grace of the bird in the glass.

Grace indeed -- very beautiful.

I love stained glass -- we need more of it in this world.

Cute pigeon on top there. This is a beautiful window and the architecture reminds me of Spanish influence. Thanks for visiting my first week of Window Views. :)

I really like the strong clean lines of the facade, and the colors of the stained glass (it must be magnificent from inside), but that upside down bird is making me dizzy! Shouldn't he be soaring up to the heavens rather than plummeting down to earth?

I love the Peace Dove - it has a very special meaning for me since one is carved into my beloved father's headstone on his grave.

My entry is here:
