Hi from Sacramento... thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. I love the simplicity of your photo. I can't quite describe the way in which the moon draws you into the sky. Awesome.
I've been retired since November, 2008. I've been spending lots of time taking photos, singing, and writing. Currently working on a historical fiction novel.. I highly recommend retirement!

I took this picture just a day or so before you...mine just a bit less full.
Like I always say, there is no such thank as a bad Moon! Only I don't know the technical names.
I'm envious that your skies are so clear. Our skies have been mostly overcast lately.
the enlargement is awesome! I love the way you framed it
I always look twice when I see the moon in a pretty blue sky. Nice shot. have a great weekend.
Great shot! Thanks for sharin' it, and have a wonderful weekend!
that cobalt sky is amazing
I love moon pics!
That's a great capture.
I love moon pictures, but somehow I always forget to take them myself!
I wish I could take moon shots like that. Nicely done.
Moon shots are my fave! How much zoom did you use? Excellent shot!

Tink, the zoom was at 200 (maximum). Thanks! I was surprised at the detail it captured in the moon.
Umm....wow! Still have the phoms!
Moon shots are amazing, and so hard to capture. You've done it nicely. :)
Thanks so much for playing along,
