Ellipsis Photo Shoot: Up Close
This week Carly from Ellipsis wants us to get UP CLOSE.
I spotted these raindrops on the lily leaves after the sun came out. I couldn't decide which I liked best, so I'm posting them all. Do you have a favorite?

I love that there are shadows and reflections of the drops.

Oh boy..they are all fantastic...If I had to, I would say the second one, but I can't say why... Michelle
deffo the first one because of the angle of the leaf giving interest and the burst of light through the drop, like the sun through a magnifying glass. The second is a close second because they look like miniature paper weights with sun shining thorugh them.
Hi Terri :)
Goodness these are so beautiful. It is just what my tired eyes needed! It would be too difficult to pick a favorite among these, but there is something POP worthy to the first one. I like the little drop on top of the large drop. You always inspire me, and this entry has particularly struck a cord. Fabulous!
:)
Always, Carly
Wow, they are all fantastic ! My favorite is the 3rd one. Just the one big drop with the sun shinning through it.
Amazing shots. The way the water droplets are now mii microscopes. Could those be the dust particles that actually help make up a raindrop. Very scientific shot!
I really like the third one, especially if you cropped out the shadow on the left..to me it was the most interesting..but they are all good! Green..it is a feast for my eyes! :)
They are all very nice -- I find it difficult to pick a favorite. I like the one with the most water droplets on it -- not sure which in order it was. Great job!
Hmm. I think I like number two best, but they are all cool shots of water droplets. Great job!
Beautiful water drops! Nice photography!
