Ever on the lookout for new and different challenges, I've taken on
Melli's alphabet challenge. The idea is to find each letter of the alphabet in a naturally occurring state. In other words (or in other letters), no fair using the 'S' in a stop sign; rather you need to find something that is
shaped like an 'S'.
This week: W and X.
I found a couple of Ws that I'm fond of. The first is from my downtown mall photo shoot; the second is the trident in the rather large hand of Portlandia.
And again at the mall, my X (there are Ws hiding out there too):

Very cool! I was going to do this for my next A-Z challenge. I had no idea someone else was already doing it! I'm heading over to check it out.
Thoe are great finds. I especially like the trident.
You really have made excellent use of that MALL in this hunt! But I gotta tell ya - that tident made my day! I LOVE that!
Great findings ! I found W quite difficult !
I love the first W shot. Nice work.
I like how you always find a very visible letter in things we all walk past daily without noticing! Well done!
These are great finds!
What a cool challenge and what great finds!
